Our Story
Built by people who started on the tools
QIMWORKS Limited grew out of small residential demolition and excavation work in the west GTA. Owners kept asking the same question after the dust settled: who is drawing this, who is engineering it, and who is pulling the permit?
So we brought all of it in-house. Today the same company that measures your house produces the architectural set, sizes the beams, files the permit, tears out what has to go, digs the footings and hands back a finished space with a written warranty.
We work for homeowners, small developers, landlords and commercial tenants across 18 municipalities. The projects vary; the process does not.

Consultation & Site Visit
We walk the property, listen to the goal and flag the constraints — zoning, structure, services and access — before anyone talks price.
- 02
Design & Engineering
Measure-up, concept drawings, structural design and a permit set. You approve the plan before it goes to the city.
- 03
Permits & Approvals
We file the building permit, answer plan-review comments and handle variances or site plan approval when required.
- 04
Fixed Quote & Schedule
A line-item quote tied to the drawings, with a start date, milestone dates and a payment schedule in writing.
- 05
Build
Site protection, daily cleanup, a supervisor on-site, weekly photo updates and every municipal inspection booked on time.
- 06
Closeout & Warranty
Deficiency walkthrough, final inspection sign-off, as-built documents and a two-year workmanship warranty.
