Scope

Types of demolition we perform

Interior Strip-Out

Selective removal of finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring and MEP back to base building or studs — with fire-watch, dust walls and negative air where required.

Residential, retail and office units. Overnight and weekend shifts available for occupied buildings.

Structural Demolition

Load-bearing walls, floor systems and roof structures removed under an engineer's sequence, with temporary shoring designed and installed before the first cut.

Includes engineered shoring drawings and inspection sign-off.

Full Building Teardown

Complete house, garage, shed and outbuilding removal down to grade, including foundation walls and footings.

Utility disconnects, hoarding, tree protection and site grading included.

Pool & Concrete Removal

In-ground pool removal or engineered fill, driveway and patio breakout, slab and footing removal with a rock breaker.

Compaction testing supplied where the area will be rebuilt on.

Garage & Addition Removal

Detached garage and failed addition teardowns, including re-siding and roof tie-back on the remaining structure.

Weather-tight patch completed same week.

Site Clearing

Debris removal, brush clearing, stump grinding and rough grading to prepare a lot for excavation.

Coordinated directly with our excavation crew.

FAQ

Demolition questions

Do I need a demolition permit?
Full or partial structural demolition requires a permit in every GTA municipality. Interior strip-outs often do not, unless load-bearing elements or fire separations are affected. We confirm and file on your behalf.
How much does demolition cost?
Interior strip-outs typically run by square foot; garage and pool removals are priced as a package; full teardowns depend on size, access, foundation depth and disposal volume. Every quote is fixed price after a site visit.
How long does it take?
Interior strip-outs: 1–5 days. Garage or pool removal: 2–5 days. Full house teardown with foundation: 1–3 weeks including disconnects and inspections.
What about asbestos or mould?
We stop and test whenever a building predates 1990 or shows suspect material. Licensed abatement is completed and cleared before demolition resumes — never worked around.
Do you clean up and haul away?
Yes. Bins, sorting, hauling and disposal fees are included in the quote, along with a final rake and grade of the work area.

Need a teardown quoted?

Send photos and an address — most demolition quotes come back within 48 hours of a site visit.
