Second-Storey Addition
A 1950s Etobicoke bungalow gained a full second storey with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We designed and engineered the addition in-house, reinforced the existing foundation and framing, and matched the original brick so the house reads as one build rather than a bolt-on.
